I was sitting on my sofa drinking my Greens and Reds, like I do every morning, and thinking about how much easier it would be on a busy morning if I could get them in while also eating my breakfast. Greens and Reds don’t exactly go with your typical savory breakfast foods, but I do love an overnight chia pudding for when I know I won’t have much time to make breakfast. The flavors of BPN’s Greens and Reds blend right in! So if you’ve looking for an easy breakfast packed with nutrition then here it is!
Pout oat milk into a jar or tupperware container.
Add chia seeds, greens, and reds.
Mix together until the greens and reds fully dissolve. Add blueberries and mix a little more.
Top with more berries, banana, or nuts. Whatever you’re in the mood for!
