Well… not every day can be a Dance Day, right?
Since I usually get the feedback „your dance video make me happiest!“ I figured – okay let’s combine stretching + dancing 😀 sounds weird, but why not?
This video includes…
– Full Body Stretching – all standing, to cool down our body after a workout session
– Dance Breaks – to make you smile
… we can do this after a Leg, Upper Body or Core Day – without making it a cardio session, but with making it a happy session 🙂
