Not really in the mood to spend months cutting and then bulking? Do you prefer staying photoshoot ready year-round?
Julien Greaux, apparently, has the solution…
About the Author – Julien Greaux
It is easy to instruct on how to be fit and healthy, but Julien truly lives the lifestyle. He has more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, not only being a BSN-sponsored athlete but also coaching others.
Above this, he is also a prolific cover model and martial arts expert, in all environments where one has to be quite muscular and lean at the same time. He has thus developed plans like these to help others be lean and strong year-round.

365 Circuit Trainer Workout Details
You will not be following a conventional lifting schedule as you will be focussing on doing full-body workouts – probably to burn as many calories as possible.
Full Body Sessions
The full-body sessions will not only be based around conventional resistance training, as there are quite a lot of bodyweight and even plyometrics involved as well. It becomes pretty apparent that the goal is to retain muscle mass and not actually build more.
Upper Body Sessions
The upper body sessions are focussed on building lean mass in all the upper body muscles, and while it could be effective, the volume is oh so very low. Unless you’re loading 4 plates per side on a bench, this does not seem effective.
Smith Machine Circuit
Buckle up, you’re the person who’s hogging a machine for a whole hour. You will be focusing on the big three on the Smith (Squat, Bench, and Deadlift). This could save you from injury, but moving to free weight might be better if overall strength is the goal.
The Biggest 365 Circuit Trainer Workout Pro
You don’t have to be a gym rat to follow this. Many programs will have you in the gym at various times in the week, and sometimes multiple times per day. This is short, effective, and to the point. Good for guys that want to transition back into getting fit.
The Biggest 365 Circuit Trainer Workout Con
I doubt this works. I understand that if your nutrition and recovery are perfect this could work, but the goal of staying ripped year long is idiotic and unsustainable, not to mention unhealthy.
365 Circuit Trainer Workout – Final Thoughts
There are various other plans that could do a better job than this. Yes, there are some factors about this that one could use, but overall, I’m not a fan.
Everything is based on supersets or just mindless volume to burn calories because you dare not gain an ounce of fat!
Having healthy body fat levels is (surprise) healthy! Trying to stay lean year-round (especially with a program like this) is just unstainable and stupid.
That being said, if you are just getting into fitness or you need a bit of time off, this program could actually be perfect for you.
