We all know the feeling of running around on a hot day and craving something refreshing to quench your thirst. That’s one of the reasons I love BPN’s G1M, because it always helps me stay hydrated and keep moving. But what if you could make it even MORE refreshing? That’s exactly what this recipe does! Whether you’re taking a break from a full day of yard work or you’re trying to replenish electrolytes between your bike session and a run, one of these popsicles will cool you off and keep you fueled at the same time.
In a blender mix all the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a popsicle mold. This recipe should make 6 smaller popsicles, or about 4 larger ones.
Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Run a little bit of warm water over the outside of the popsicle mold for about 10-15 seconds to loosen popsicle. Remove and enjoy!
If you don’t have a popsicle mold you can still make some of these! You can use an ice cube tray and mini popsicle sticks to make smaller versions. You can also use shot glasses.
