On a positive note: I got soooo much better at stretching regularly since I have a couple of “short” videos on my channel! 15min or 30min was always a big commitment – but I can convince myself to add 10min as a Cooldown after a workout super easily 🙂
In this video, we stretch our entire body. Thighs, hip flexors, hamstrings, the sides of our body, spine, shoulders, back & chest. There is a little bit of everything.
