When I’m really craving something sweet there are few things that satisfy my sweet tooth like some rice krispie treats.The problem is that they’re usually made with a bunch of corn syrup and tons of other additives. So I wanted to create my own version with a homemade marshmallow fluff. Then I really stepped it up by adding some BPN protein. Not only does it add some protein and extra flavor, it makes me feel a little better about eating them after a workout. The fruity cereal flavor protein goes perfect with this blend of Rice Krispies and Fruity Pebbles to satisfy even the most extreme sweet tooth. I’m by no means saying these are healthy (they still use sugar), but they’re at least a lot better than the store bought kind!
